Description :
Elektron Tunisie
Elektron is looking for :
Production quality engineer
• With a good primary degree in an engineering or science discipline, the successful candidate will possess :
• Champion problem solving group for customer claims 5Ds
• Champion problem solving group for internal critical quality issue 8Ds
• Implement & update control plans
• Implement & update assembly instructions, and ensure documentation control
• Implement & update P-FMEA
• Process improvement
• Lead Lean Manufacturing Workshops (5S, Hoshin, MUDA Hunting, VSM )
• Support transferts & new projects as quality team member
• Support production on daily quality problems solving activity
• Support the ISIR activity
• Pilot audits actions plan implementation
These are the main functions of the role, however, employees may be required to carry out other, ad hoc duties, as may be responsably required. There will also be an expectation of some international travel
Person specification :
• Production engineering experience in a medium sized technology related electrical parts assembly (Molding & automatic assembly)
• Must have a good understanding of production engineering and quality best practices, in a ISO9001 or equivalent environment
• Mechanical and electrical process expert with good knowledge of lean manufactering tools
• Resolution of customer and quality issues in a relevant industry, using a variety of quality techniques. A qualified lean six a variety green or black belt
• A positive and enthusiastic personality, influencing, communications, technical, and decision making skills. Good standard of English
• Degree in production, industrial, mechanical, electrical or engineering (or equivalent)
