Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing a portfolio of accounts in terms of collection actions implementation based on WM collection policy. The employee should have interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, communication skills; by performing activities by telephone, mobile, letter, electronic communications, and conducting in-person interviews.
-Control & follow up subscriber status depend on number and amount of unpaid bills
-Investigates, evaluates, and analyzes legal documents& financial related to debtor income, assets, and employment history in order to determine ability to pay.
-Determines when collection actions for restitution accounts have not been effective and refers them to the District Attorney for legal action; determines which delinquent accounts should be referred to Small Claims Court, County Counsel
-Daily control subscriber dunning status & assure that all accounts take the required status
-Keep the contract administrator updated about his contract collection status
-Use all needed means of communication tools and skills with customers; Send all required letters and financial claims, conduct negotiations, send emails.. etc.
-Archive all documents related to subscriber in suitable way to be easy to access any time by any one
-Resolve any problem related to subscriber complain within the agreed SLA, identify the root cause and raise it to the management and concerned department on time to take corrective actions.
-Gathers information and evidence to be used in civil and criminal proceedings to obtain liens, abstracts of judgments, and other legal actions; agrees to arbitration when appropriate
-Reporting the portfolio status periodically
-Achieve collection targets as been communicated from the management.
Experience & Qualifications:
-2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or similar role.
-BA in Marketing, Sales or related field.
-Excellent oral & written communication skills.
-Excellent Organizational skills.
-Motivated and Pro-active.
-Confident and enthusiastic.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
-A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities
-Knowledge of current collection procedures, regulations, and laws
-investigative procedures applicable to the collection of delinquent accounts
-interviewing techniques used to obtain factual information
