Dès que nous évoquons le mot restaurant, nous songeons immédiatement à un endroit où l'on peut aller manger mais cette définition est très récente. Il faut savoir que, jusqu'au XVIIIème siècle ''restaurant'' signifiait : bouillon fortifiant.
