Mission and responsibilities :
As a Development Engineer, you will be integrated in our development department. In a small team, you will be involved in the complete life cycle of projects from the requirements’ definition to the development of the end product, going through the technical and architectural choices.
You may work on front or back end applications according to your own strengths and objectives. Every day, you will face a challenging environment where you will gain on banking business knowledge.
Your developments will contribute to the creation and the optimization of different banking tools & processes, for example:
•Automation of back office banking processes
•Decision support tool for our clients
•Banking statement generation
•Graphs analysis
•Handling of high volume data feeds

Your responsibilities
•Participate actively in the technical choices of the projects you will be involved in
•Create efficient and reliable code
•Provide support on the applications to our internal and external users
•Keep yourself up-to-date on the leading edge technologies in order to contribute to the technical choices of the department

Profile:
Education: Master degree (in Software development) / engineer diploma
•Experience: min 6 months experience to max 8 years of experience and 35 years old maximum.
•Language skills: English C1, French a plus

Your profile:
Enthusiastic about joining a challenging and innovative environment, you are passionate about information technologies and you thrive on learning and pushing your knowledge to the limit.
Graduated from a Master in Computer Sciences
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE development
Strong interest in technical choices (design, architecture…)
Ability to work both in team and autonomously
Excellent command of Unix/Linux systems
Interest in banking environment an asset
Fluent in English, French an asset
Contract :
CDI after a period of test (3 months).
