This part- time position is an exceptional opportunity for an energetic, self motivated RN or RPN with management experience in a retirement or long term care residence, to hire, train, and supervise the resident care team.

A proven team leader, registered with the CNO, you will be responsible for the provision of quality care to residents and , in the GM's absence, for the retirement residence.

You hold current first aid and CPR certification, possess strong organizational, assessment and communication skills and can liaise effectively with residents, families, physicians and community health care agencies.

Knowledge of relevant legislation is essential, as is computer skills.
