Responsibilities:
 Ensuring quality process to the customers: updated customers files, monitoring of controls and special characteristics of measurement reports
 Presentation of the initial samples, implementation of the monitoring plans with relevant services, setting control lines adapted to each product, updates FMEA process, preparation and organization of customer visits
 Ensure the treatment of non-conformities: PPM Steering indicators of each client, customer response to nonconformities by 8D
 Triggering precautionary measures necessary to protect the client, analysis of internal non-compliant products and returns, moving the client to analyze or understand the problems, develop action plans for internal scrap, customer warranty returns and insulation of doubtful products
 Reporting and providing feedback to the management: communication gaps or risk situations and also submitting the minutes of meeting with clients

Requirements:
 Mechanical or Industrial Engineer/ Technician
 Previous practical experience in the field of automotive wiring
 Excellent command of English and German language
 Having an international mobility to visit the company customers in Europe
 Computer literacy
 Strong personality and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
