HR Development Specialist/Spécialiste de Développement des RH
~Missions :
-Assists hiring managers in recruitment ef the best talent chile ensuring cost efficiency and timeliness to meet the business needs.
-Drives effective performance management systems and precesses by ensuring that tools are in place and managers and employees are trained in performance management.
-Overall responsible for training activities with a special focus on management training and soft skills training.
-Establishes succession planning and job rotation programs as required.
-Develops close working relationships with other key functions in the organization to ensure that is a coordinated approach to organization change.
~Required profil:
-Mastery knowledge of HR tools with minimum 5 years of work experience in the same field.
~Competencies:
-Fluency in French and English languages Written and spoken are required.
-Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
-High leadership & Management.
