Your tasks :
• You will be the dedicated client services officer for policyholders of our healthcare insurance plans
• You main task is to manage a portfolio of client companies or international organizations, with the aim of quality, efficiency and speed
Your profile:
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent), and ideally further education or training in the field of insurance
• Some experience in the insurance sector would be a considerable advantage
• You speak Arabic, French and English fluently and you are computer literate
• Additional training in the various aspects of our business will be provided on the job
You assets:
• You are hard working, well-organized, dynamic, client-serviced oriented and able to work independently
