Pourquoi un débutant est-il un "bleu" ?

Un bleu est une personne nouvellement arrivée dans une organisation (armée, police...). Elle garde souvent ce titre jusqu'à sa complète intégration.
Cela remonte au temps où le service militaire était encore actif en France. Dans l'Armée de Terre, l'uniforme officiel comporte un képi....
