Care Design Supervisor

As a Care Design Supervisor you will provide guidance and leadership to the Modification services team. Assisting and directing the team to provide frontline agents with routine and technical support regarding products, services and site navigation. You will be responsible for lead a growing internal Design CARE team and be responsible for translating Vistaprint’s CARE strategic goals into creative and effective product design solutions that produce measurable results.
Your role will involve:
• Supporting and assisting with hiring, training and scheduling to maximize staff productivity and impact.
• Coaching and developing employees to reach their full potential through monitoring, assessment and feedback.
• Providing art direction and guidance to members of the CARE design team
• Leading formal and informal critiques to provide effective, relevant feedback
• Performing quality monitoring regularly and maintains documentation of results.
• Driving excellence in quality, design, typography and customer experience
In return, you will bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a business, design or communications related major
• At least 3 years experience in a contact center environment with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position
• Demonstrable expertise and experience in people management, with an emphasis on managing multiple teams in a constantly changing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS; Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, and other design industry standard tools
• A command of typography, color, composition, hierarchy and how these elements work together for design solutions
• Excellent French and English communication, collaboration and relationship management skills with the proven ability to work in a matrix environment across functional lines.
• An aptitude for technology learning and the use of multiple systems
Care Design Associate

As a Care Design Associate, you will be part of a specialized team that provides design support to our customers through advanced customization of Vistaprint design templates and modifications to customer design assets. The goal is to provide world-class customer service by offering a professional design and customization service to our customers and providing assistance and guidance with products and graphic designs, as well as showing confidence in navigating our website and executing our processes.
Your role will involve
• Answering all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, email and any additional channels) in a courteous and professional manner
• Handling customer design request over the phone and as offline work
• Building a strong customer relationship and commitment
• Helping customers make advanced customizations to Vistaprint designs
• Creating custom matching sets of products
• Executing requested design updates, expansions and revisions using Adobe CS and Vistaprint technology
In return, you will bring:
• Fluent verbally and written on a professional level in English or French with fluency in both languages a plus
• Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Enjoy talking to customers with varying backgrounds and take pride in providing great service
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and design support while multi-tasking
• At least one (1) year of customer service experience
Customer Care Representative

As a Care Representative Columbus you will provide assistance and guidance with products and graphic designs, as well as showing confidence in navigating our website and executing our processes and offering a professional design and customization service to our customers.
You should have experience in customer service and must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment that is results and detail-oriented.
Your role will involve:
• Answering all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner
• Performing accurate diagnosis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures
• Using appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request
• Supporting and providing information to all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting customers from start to finish in the path control and manage their claims
• Understanding the product range and answer in very short time any product specification inquiries coming from customers.
In return you will bring:
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
• Strong command of the English
• At least two (2) years of customer service experience
• Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment preferred
• The ability to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking
• Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software a plus
