The Job
Customer Relations Associates (CRA) are individuals committed to providing outstanding customer service support and thrive in a challenging work environment. After completion of extensive training the CRA will support customer satisfaction by providing friendly customer service and accurate information through superior listening skills and first contact resolution. The CRA will respond, investigate and resolve inbound customer inquiries.
The Qualifications
High school diploma (equivalent) or a combination of high school and relevant experience
Experience in a customer service environment preferred
Cross selling or up-sell experience preferred
Contact centre experience is considered an asse
tProficient computer skills
Detail oriented, adaptable, personable, and reliable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts in a 365 day per year environment
Must be self-motivated
Positive attitude and proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision
Effective listening skills and adept at understanding customer needs
Proven success providing excellent customer service
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required.
