Junior Receptionist

We are looking for a junior Receptionist to meet or exceed our clients expectations. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable, self-motivated, goal orientated, and hold themselves to the highest standards. They will be passionate about their job and will find this opportunity challenging and rewarding.
Responsibilities:
To assist our Receptionist and Service Managers in various tasks including but not limited to:
Assisting customers with technical problems and re-direct them to the proper department when needed.
Customer prospect profile maintenance
Customer service and account development
Quote prices, prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
Answer phones and assist callers with their needs
Communicate constructively to management and team members in regards to problems or any other insights to assist in defining new ideas, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with others at all levels
Excellent written and verbal skills on a technical and professional levels
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Work well in a team and independently
Microsoft Office is essential
General Networking knowledge
Technical background
Fluent in English
Valid drives license and own transportation.
